Leaders of Worship Applications

Eligibility Guidelines

1. You must be connected to the Australian Church

You meet this requirement if you:

• currently live and serve in Australia OR
• live overseas but maintain an active heart, connection, and contribution toward the Australian Church (e.g., prayer, support, insight, collaboration, or involvement with AWN projects).

This ensures everyone in the network has a genuine stake in the spiritual health of Australia.

2. You must be functioning in a ministry or leadership capacity

This network isn’t only for worship leaders or musicians.
It is for any leader who influences the worship life of the church, including:

• Worship Leaders
• Pastors / Associate Pastors
• Prayer Leaders & Intercessors
• Creative Pastors / Leaders
• Itinerant Ministers
• Prophetic Ministers
• Team Leaders or Ministry Coordinators
• Technical/production leaders connected to worship
• Emerging leaders entrusted with responsibility
• Anyone actively shaping spiritual life, culture, formation, or discipleship in their church

The key requirement is active leadership, not musical skill.



3. You must have pastoral covering or ministry accountability

All members should be connected to a local church or ministry structure with oversight and/or accountability.
This helps maintain health, unity, and integrity across the network.


4. You must carry a heart to strengthen worship in Australia

Whether you’re leading a team, discipling others, praying for the nation, or contributing insight from abroad, every member should share a desire to:

• build up worship in the Australian Church
• raise healthy worshippers and leaders
• strengthen discipleship through worship
• contribute to what God is doing across the nation

 
Who This Network Is Not For

• People with no connection to the Australian Church
• People not serving in any ministry or leadership capacity
• Those without church accountability or oversight

This space is for:

• Strengthening worship across the Australian Church
• Collaboration and connection between leaders
• Spiritual encouragement, training, and discipleship
• Raising healthy worshippers, teams, and cultures
• Sharing wisdom, prayer, and practical ministry insights
• Contributing to the ongoing move of God in our nation
